Start a claim within 60 days of the scheduled delivery for packages that have been lost or damaged, or if a collect on delivery (C.O.D.) payment wasn’t received.
Log in to file a claim for full access to the claims dashboard. This is best if you have multiple claims to manage. If you are a recipient or third party shipper, it's faster to file as a guest.
You’ll need your tracking number to get started. Keep any invoice that can provide value of the package. If you have a damaged package, hold on to the contents and the packaging.
While we review your claim, we may send the shipper of the package time-sensitive notifications of action needed, like additional information or photos.
If you are the recipient and want updates, reach out to whoever shipped the package with us. If you shipped the package, go to the claims dashboard.
Unless additional investigation is required, you can typically expect a resolution to your claim in 8 to 10 business days.
Be on the look out for notifications about the resolution of your claim. Shippers can see more details and track a claim’s progress by logging into the claims dashboard.
