The exact time cannot be chosen, but if you are a UPS My Choice member, you will receive a 4-hour delivery window estimate.

Q: How can I see my previous and incoming parcels?

All UPS My Choice members can see UPS parcels from the last four months, as well as parcels scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view. If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well. You can add addresses to your membership at any time in your UPS My Choice preferences.

Can you hold my packages while I’m away?

Yes, if you’re a UPS My Choice member, UPS Access Point locations can hold your parcel for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge. Customer centres can hold your parcel for up to five working days.

If it’s more convenient, you can also leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on the final location, transportation fees may apply.
