How to Manage Your UPS Dashboard for Pickup Status
Managing and keeping track of your UPS® Pickup Point locations is crucial for efficient logistics management. This guide will walk you through the process of accessing, adding, and managing pickup points using the UPS Pickup Status Dashboard.
Step 1: Access Quantum View
- Log into ups.com, navigate to Quantum View® dashboard, and select the Inbound tab.
- Click on "UPS® Pickup Point Status." This action will take you to the initial view of the dashboard.
Upon your first visit, the dashboard screen may be blank if no pickup points are being monitored.
Step 2: Add UPS® Pickup Point locations
- Individually Adding a UPS Pickup Point: Enter the nine-digit pickup point ID, click Search, select your placard, and then click Save.
- Bulk Upload via CSV: Prepare a CSV file, listing each placard ID one per row in column N. Upload this file to add multiple pickup points at once.
Step 3: Monitor Pickup Status
- Once added, you can view the pickup status of each placard in the summary box. The dashboard will indicate when pickups are scheduled and completed.
- Status updates occur in near real-time after the driver completes the stop.
Step 4: Customize Dashboard View
- Rearrange Columns: To suit your preferences or specific search requirements.
- Search Feature: Use this to locate a particular pickup location swiftly.
- Modify Date: Adjust up to seven business days prior to view historical data.
