Void a UPS.com Shipment

  • Select the vertical ellipsis icon to open the Action menu and choose “Void.”
  • Once you've successfully voided the package, a red dot will appear next to the package in the Voided column.

  • Select the Shipping tab at the top of the page. Select the vertical ellipsis icon to open the Actions menu and choose “Void.”
  • Once you've successfully voided the package, a red dot will appear next to the package in the Voided column.

Void a UPS WorldShip® Shipment

  • Select “Void” at the top of the main shipping screen. Select the package to void from the pickup log. Select “Void” a second time.
  • If you’ve already run the end-of-day process, selecting “Void” a second time will transfer you to the UPS.com Void a Shipment tool to complete the void process.
  • WorldShip will not automatically mark these packages voided, but you can mark them manually from within the pickup log. If you need additional help, WorldShip has you covered.

What if More Than 90 Days Have Passed?

If more than 90 days have passed since you created your label, you must contact UPS to request a void. A void will not be processed after 180 days.
