2026 UPS Small Business Rates Information

Effective December 22, 2025, the published SBR Rates for UPS® Ground, UPS Air and International services will increase an average net of 5.9%.* To view the rates, visit the UPS Small Business Rates webpage provided in your UPS agreement.

Effective January 26, 2026: Large Package and Additional Handling Changes
Changes to the definition of Domestic Large Package Surcharge and Additional Handling Charge that were previously scheduled for December 22, 2025, have been delayed until January 26, 2026. The previously announced change in the way UPS determines package dimensions for the purpose of assessing charges remains in effect, and all other previously announced updates remain scheduled as described on ups.com and ups.com/rates. For more information, see ups.com/rates.
