  • Log into your UPS.com account.
  • Under “My Accounts and Payment Options”, find the account you'd like to schedule with.
  • Under “Actions”, select “View Account Details.” Then, click “Pickup Options” and select “Daily Pickup.”
  • Fill out your preferred pickup times and driver instructions, if applicable. Click “Save.”

Pro Tip

If you’ve missed your pickup time, a driver will come back one time per day and pick up your air or international package at no extra fee* by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.

*Pickup must occur at your usual pickup location.
