No Label Pop-up Window Appears on UPS.com
  • If no label popup window appears, make sure pop-ups from UPS.com are allowed by your browser.

  • You need the most recent version of Java to print on UPS.com. To install or update Java, go to www.java.com.

  • If you have the correct version of Java, clear your browser’s temporary Internet files and try again.

  • Other suggested settings:

    • Digital signature: Click 'Always Trust Content from this Publisher'
    • Security: Click Enable, then Run
