How To Schedule a One-off Collection
FYI:
ID verification is now required for international air shipments picked up from residential addresses. UPS drivers will verify that the person handing over the shipment presents a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
If the ID is not presented or appears invalid, the shipment cannot be accepted.
Here Are the Details
This option is best for customers who need a one-off collection.
- Available for most addresses.
- Schedule a collection for the same day or a future date.
- If you’re travelling, you can request a collection from an alternative location.
- An Extended Area Surcharge will apply for collections designated by UPS as remote.
FYI:
UPS Worldwide Express Freight™ collection or drop-off must be scheduled at UPS.com. UPS Worldwide Express Freight pickup cannot be combined with UPS Standard or Express parcel collection.
